About the position

The Graphic Content Creator at HeyDay Entertainment plays a vital role in supporting the marketing department by creating engaging visual content and managing social media platforms. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a background in marketing, business, or communications, focusing on collaboration, creativity, and effective communication to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Support and assist the marketing team with campaigns for all locations.
• Design, prepare, and write content for flyers, teasers, and other marketing materials.
• Capture weekly photos in both Norman & Bricktown facilities.
• Post feeds and daily stories for all locations' social media pages (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok).
• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends relevant to the family entertainment business.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content for all locations.
• Represent the company at selected marketing & networking events to promote HeyDay Norman and Revolutions by HeyDay in Bricktown.
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Assist with creating email campaigns and e-blasts.
• Attend marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas.
• Assist with Sponsorships/Partnerships for all locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of experience in creative graphic design
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient with Canva
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong computer skills
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in marketing, graphic design, and social media creation is a plus
