About the position

Roy'zzz is seeking a creative Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role involves composing, curating, and distributing engaging content for our premium cannabis dispensary and associated partner brands. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh creative perspective, flexibility in scheduling, and a strong understanding of the industry, along with the ability to research and design based on data and marketing insights. Organizational skills and initiative are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Aid in composing, curating, and distributing content for marketing purposes.
• Develop and distribute email campaigns.
• Create and manage social media campaigns.
• Design, produce, and distribute print collateral.
• Build and maintain a visual content library including event and product photography.
• Create marketing campaigns and adhere to a marketing calendar.
• Develop and follow a tactical marketing plan with performance metrics for reporting campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a designer or marketing specialist in retail or consumer business.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics/Google Search Console.
• Photography and image editing skills for events and products.
• Creative writing skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older according to South Dakota state law.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
