About the position

The Cincinnati Bengals are looking for a Graphic Design Assistant for a seasonal, part-time role. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong design skills who can create innovative visuals for the Partnerships and Content Team. The role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and the development of modern brand-driven pitch decks and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a variety of partnership pitch decks and mockups.
• Assist with marketing material and creative content.
• Create innovative visuals including web banners, email content, and videoboard graphics.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Creative Services and Partnership Team to develop visuals for proposals and marketing materials.
• Manage project plans with timelines and prioritize resources and tasks.
• Communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, and expectations to the Manager of Creative Services.
• Research industry trends and case studies to inspire the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional visual design/graphic design experience.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ideation, collaboration, and people skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business goals alongside creative goals.
• Robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of design abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Proven ability to develop and create engaging pitch deck proposals.
• Background in human-centered design or design thinking.
