About the position

The Graphic Design & Creative Services Manager is responsible for creating, designing, and executing the club's brand identity and marketing materials. This role involves overseeing photography, guiding marketing strategies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive branding and promotional efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create or collaborate on all graphic design elements for social media, in-stadium digital signage, advertising/marketing pieces, merchandise, and more.
  • Assist the marketing director in overseeing media buying strategy, execution, and relationships.
  • Manage grassroots/trade marketing plans.
  • Create and implement standards for brand identity.
  • Act as a clearinghouse for all marketing pieces across all departments.
  • Participate in promotional brainstorming sessions and lead discussions on promotional themes.
  • Collaborate with the video production director for additional content creation needs.

Requirements

  • College degree
  • Experience in managing non-personal social media accounts
  • Strong design sense and familiarity with Adobe suite of products (including Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Experience in media buying is a plus
  • Superior communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to exercise discretion and independent judgment
