Ankura is seeking a talented and motivated intern/freelance Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in New York City. The role involves updating and creating PowerPoint presentations, InDesign files, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word documents, as well as utilizing Canva for diverse design tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are not only informative but also engaging and on-brand. You will update InDesign files with current content, maintaining high design standards and consistency across all materials. Additionally, you will revise and format biography pages in Word, adhering to company templates and guidelines. Your creativity will shine as you use Canva to create and modify graphics, social media content, and other marketing materials. You will also have the opportunity to brainstorm and execute design ideas in collaboration with team members, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to update and enhance PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing, or recently completing a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Canva and other online design tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Based in New York City and available for on-site meetings as needed.
