About The Position
As a Creative & Design Intern at the J.M. Smucker Company, you will play a vital role in supporting various content projects and campaigns across the company's diverse portfolio of brands. This internship is part of our in-house agency, Seed Creative, located in Orrville, OH. The position requires on-site work with 25% of the expectations being remote. You will have the opportunity to deliver an Anchor Presentation, which is an in-depth study of an industry topic that interests you, to the broader organization. In this role, you will be a member of the in-house Creative team, providing creative support for our brands across a variety of mediums and touchpoints. Your key focus areas will include creating digital content for social media, web, and e-commerce, as well as developing marketing collateral, displays, packaging, internal branding, and innovation support. You will collaborate and problem-solve with team members, including copywriters, designers, and brand leads, to translate creative briefs and manage multiple projects from concept through to completion. Additionally, you will adjust and refine creative outputs based on feedback and guidance from team members and internal clients. You will also assist with photography and video production, which includes shooting, editing, and retouching.
