About the position

The Graphic Design Specialist role at Pix For My Wall involves creating and overseeing design work that elevates the brand through innovative and cohesive visual storytelling across both print and digital platforms. The position requires collaboration with various teams to produce engaging materials that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand values.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to design campaign materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, billboards, and print assets.
• Design and artwork visually compelling, on-brand assets across digital platforms (social media, newsletters, ads, website) and print materials (logo, packaging, event invites, brand collaterals, installations).
• Execute creative design solutions for seasonal campaign roll-outs and frequent product launches.
• Assist other designer(s) in creating concepts, comps, layouts, and final art.
• Retouch and edit images for e-commerce and campaign assets to ensure high-quality visuals across all channels.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, Art Director and the wider creative team to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and align with the creative direction.
• Experience in motion graphics is beneficial in bringing graphics to life with creative edits and animations for various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 4-5 years of design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience with print and web production (formatting, mechanicals, etc.).
• Passion for storytelling through design, with a keen interest in golf being a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Ability to blend illustration, color palettes, and typography into cohesive and visually impactful designs.
