About the position

The Graphic Designer position is a full-time role responsible for creating and designing a variety of creative assets that represent a global brand across multiple marketing touchpoints. This role is crucial in uniquely positioning the company's competitive advantage and differentiation through visual design, both internally and externally. The designer will engage in experiential design, print, digital, and product design, ensuring that all outputs align with the brand's standards and consistency. In this role, the designer will be tasked with fulfilling all internal graphic design needs, acting as a steward of the brand's identity. This includes communicating, building, and articulating the importance of the brand to represent the company as an innovative advanced manufacturer on a global scale. The designer will collaborate closely with other team members to establish the creative direction of brand assets, creating both print and digital materials, as well as experiential environments that reinforce brand positioning. The work will span various industries and strategic efforts across the business, allowing for a diverse range of creative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design skill set, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite applications, and will have experience in print production. They should be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and demonstrate creativity and initiative. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is essential, along with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. A passion for learning about the industry and making a significant impact through design is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications.
