About the position

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in delivering a fully integrated and centralized marketing on-demand solution tailored for line of business partners. This position involves the customization of marketing materials while ensuring adherence to brand standards and design integrity. The designer will be responsible for creating and designing systems, dashboards, and templates that enhance the functionality and usability of the marketing tool. Additionally, the role requires producing technically sound and content-correct files for both print and digital assignments, ensuring that all production standards are met. In this position, the Graphic Designer will execute revisions, edits, modifications, resizing, and other adjustments to previously completed work, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. The designer will consistently apply established design principles and brand standards to all assignments, ensuring that the final products reflect the company's branding accurately. Timely completion of assigned projects is essential, and the designer must maintain strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality throughout the process. Utilizing a job management system, the Graphic Designer will manage their workload and production time effectively for each project. This includes managing and prioritizing tasks based on job deadlines, which is critical in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and designs systems, dashboards, and templates for the tool.
