About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer at OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is responsible for creating high-quality original designs for various media including print, digital, and web. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce materials that adhere to specific style guidelines while also being innovative and user-friendly. The designer will work closely with the Team Manager/Creative Director and contribute to a diverse range of projects for government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Create original designs for print, digital, and web including brochures, reports, handbooks, newsletters, and more.
• Design user-friendly wireframes and web pages, as well as web banners and images.
• Manage and execute design tasks from start to finish, documenting status and progress in project management software.
• Collaborate with the design team and respond positively to feedback and critiques.
• Ensure designs adhere to specific style guidelines and requirements.
• Proofread designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with branding standards.

Requirements

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design services.
• Advanced skills with Mac and Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong conceptual and typographic sensibilities.
