Responsibilities

• Create videos, social media posts, newsletters, campaigns, and blog posts.
• Coordinate and support the marketing team with marketing events.
• Capture visual and audio clips for marketing purposes.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance marketing efforts.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with email marketing, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of the residential solar market.
• Valid drone licenses or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with video editing software like iMovie or similar.
• Ability to create graphics using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
