About the position

ICA Advertising is seeking a Graphic Designer and Content Creator who is a self-starter with experience in graphic design and supporting skills in digital marketing, social media content creation, or digital advertising. The role involves working closely with a team leader to implement marketing strategies and create content for various businesses across multiple platforms, both print and digital. The ideal candidate should be flexible, detail-oriented, and open to learning new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute digital and print collateral including email campaigns, product flyers, post card mailings, and trade show preparations.
• Work closely with the team leader to execute marketing strategies for individual clients.
• Write and create engaging social media content promoting events and offerings on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist in website maintenance using template-based web design software such as Wix.com.
• Contribute ideas for supporting sales growth or traffic at retail locations owned by clients.
• Communicate effectively via email and phone with team members and clients.
• Deliver work to various clients as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

• 1 year of graphic design experience (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital marketing or social media content creation.
• Flexibility to change projects on-demand.
