Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, proposals, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various channels, including websites, social media, proposals, decks, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and proofread copy for clarity, grammar, and style to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with creative partners to develop concepts, with the ability to take projects to completion independently.
• Effectively manage your own projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the timely delivery of work.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in graphic design or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
• Proficiency in design software and familiarity with web design principles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within a team environment including collaboration with clients, contractors and industry experts.
• An understanding of business and strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience in graphic design (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)
