About the position

The Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's visual identity and supporting marketing initiatives. This position involves creating engaging graphics, managing social media content, and collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for product lines, including new and refurbished equipment.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with the web design team on layout and graphic needs for the new website.
  • Work with the sales team to design promotional materials, presentations, and brochures.
  • Assist in creating visual content for email campaigns, blog posts, and product listings.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Assistant (provide portfolio or examples of work).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and experience with web design (Next.js experience is a plus but not required).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with JavaScript for web design.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
