About the position

The Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist will play a vital role in creating and producing streetwear-inspired merchandise for The Royal Blue, the official collective for BYU. This position involves collaborating with the creative team to design graphics that resonate with the brand's vision while ensuring high-quality production outcomes for apparel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and print production, contributing to the visual identity of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design streetwear-inspired graphics for merchandise, focusing on graphic tees.
• Assist in maintaining the visual identity of The Royal Blue through cohesive design practices.
• Aid in preparing print-ready files and managing artwork adjustments for production.
• Operate and manage printing equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with current streetwear and design trends to keep our collections fresh and relevant.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to manage production timelines, material needs, and product quality.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in streetwear design and apparel graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with print production, DTF printing, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of design and production workflows, including color separation and file preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
