Urban Tilth is seeking a Full-Time Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in sharing the story of Urban Tilth's programs, events, activities, accomplishments, and impact through various communication channels. The designer will work closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager and the Communications Associates to enhance our brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. The position involves designing Instagram posts, event flyers, newsletters, and other printed materials, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our community and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand architecture, color theory, and composition, and will be able to produce compelling visual content that tells our story effectively. In addition to graphic design, the role includes managing social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal program teams to strategize content that reaches our local target audience. This includes planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content, and analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining Urban Tilth's media assets, tracking metrics, and using data to inform content decisions.
