About the position

As a Graphic Designer and Web Designer at Empower Brokerage, Inc, you will play a crucial role in developing both printed and digital assets. This position involves redesigning WordPress templates for company websites, creating landing pages for campaigns, and assisting with various design projects. You will collaborate with the marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Director, contributing to the company's marketing efforts and branding standards.

Responsibilities

• Redesign company WordPress templates.
• Research plugins and site optimizations as needed.
• Develop new pieces for the company as needed.
• Revisit/update old designs as needed.
• Maintain company branding standards.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday.
• Must be self-motivated, have good time management skills, maintain a professional appearance, and be a team player.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Must be proficient in WordPress.
