About the position

The Graphic Designer & Assistant Content Manager at DJC Law Firm is a full-time role focused on supporting marketing and communication efforts through compelling visuals and engaging media content. The position requires a creative individual with a strong design background to produce high-quality graphics and assist in managing the firm's media presence, ultimately contributing to the firm's mission of providing exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website/blog graphics, and advertisements.
  • Develop visually compelling designs that enhance user experience while optimizing for search engine visibility.
  • Create and edit video content for marketing purposes, including client testimonials, case studies, and promotional videos.
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets and media content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry/social media trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and successfully implement AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Julius, DALLE-3, Google Gemini, ChatGPT) for the purpose of design.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website design is a plus.
