About the position

The Graphic Designer position is a temporary role focused on creating visually appealing designs for a consumer products client in the beauty industry. The role requires collaboration with global teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet user and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty design and packaging, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create designs that adhere to brand guidelines and meet project briefs.
• Collaborate with the Global team to develop a holistic design experience.
• Package and present design solutions to the wider business team.
• Work under minimal supervision in an international context.
• Partner with other disciplines to define strategies and tactics for business results.
• Lead design objectives to achieve business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-cultural partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in graphic design with a focus on beauty and packaging.
• Excellent typography skills and understanding of grid systems.
• Ability to work quickly and prioritize competing workstreams.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust.
