Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to develop and distribute creative design.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
• Design email campaigns that align with our brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute web page designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop both digital and print assets to support various marketing initiatives.
• Participate in any brand event and exhibition if required.
• Perform other work-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related discipline required.
• 2+ years of design experience with a consumer-facing (B2C) brand.
• Familiar with using Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator as graphic design platforms.
• Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Must have strong customer support orientation for internal/external customers, demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Chinese is highly desired.
