About the position

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in the marketing and communication efforts of Signal Centers, focusing on creating visually appealing and effective materials for both digital and print media. This position requires collaboration with marketing specialists to enhance user engagement and promote the organization's services, particularly in child care resource and referral.

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for digital and print.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop new approaches for creating accurate messaging for the program.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field.
• Two years of professional experience in graphic design, print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Adequate knowledge of Webflow is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.

• Experience in Typography.
