Central Health's Communications Department is a dynamic team composed of diverse and talented professionals dedicated to effectively communicating the organization's mission and services. The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role within this department, reporting directly to the Creative Services Manager. This position requires a unique creative perspective and the ability to produce exceptional designs that translate concepts into reality across various platforms. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with multiple departments to create compelling visual assets that resonate with the community and effectively convey Central Health's purpose. In this role, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing a graphics asset library that features consistently styled and easily comprehensible designs suitable for various media formats within the Central Health system. This includes creating and designing promotional materials that highlight Central Health's mission and services in both printed and electronic formats. The Graphic Designer will work on a wide range of products, including flyers, infographics, advertisements, fact sheets, reports, presentations, brochures, booklets, and graphics for social media and video content, utilizing copy and data provided by other team members. The Graphic Designer will also be tasked with generating multiple ideas or concepts for graphic design assignments and presenting these to individuals or teams. They will gather information and materials for creative projects, assist in writing creative briefs, and create conceptual content such as graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for Central Health's websites and social media platforms. Additionally, the designer will design presentations to support both internal and external communications, including PowerPoint and Keynote formats. Maintaining brand elements and guidelines for the Central Health system is a critical aspect of this role. The Graphic Designer will design assets and templates for social media channels and fact sheets, assist in creating analytics reports for creative services and campaigns, and collaborate with Central Health's advertising and PR consultants. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams to develop collateral, manage the graphic design look and feel of the system's brands, ensure quality assurance in graphic production, and maintain brand consistency. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for trafficking creative projects through the organization and working with creative and advertising vendors to design and produce a variety of deliverables.
