About the position

Stash House Distribution is looking for a creative and organized Graphic Designer/Creative Director to enhance their team in Broken Arrow, OK. This role merges hands-on design with creative leadership, focusing on producing visual assets for various platforms, including billboards and product labels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, and adept at collaborating with different teams to ensure that creative outputs align with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of visual assets for print and digital platforms, including billboards, wholesale catalogs, and product labels.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align creative work with business objectives.
• Manage the creative process across multiple brands, from concept to final execution.
• Implement systems and SOPs to streamline design operations.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Create visually engaging content that drives brand recognition and supports sales growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or creative direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including brand identity and packaging.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects across various brands while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, comfortable working across departments.
• Experience in labeling and packaging design is required.
• Experience with cannabis marketing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.
• Proficiency in 3D printing, video production, and AI tools is a plus.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, capable of leading in a fast-paced environment.
