We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a strong background in graphic design to join our team at Wall Candy Printing. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while utilizing digital tools to enhance customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing responses or materials when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our content management systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.

Requirements

• Proficient in digital art, photography, web design, and typography; experience with Shopify is a plus.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail in typesetting and formatting communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Familiarity with content management systems and their functionalities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not required.

• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
