Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in-store, via email, chat, and limited phone interactions.
  • Manage social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Create marketing content, including graphic design, video editing, and ad copy writing.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and enhance their experience with the brand.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
  • Experience with video editing software like Final Cut Pro and TikTok.
  • Strong content writing skills for ad copy and product information.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and via email.
  • A hard-working, curious, and eager attitude towards success.
