About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative projects for a fashion client, focusing on innovative design solutions that enhance the brand's visual identity. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of marketing materials, including digital, social media, and print collateral.
• Help define, conceptualize, and develop the brand narrative and visual brand statement.
• Art direct and oversee photo and video asset creation, including production of shoots.
• Design creative marketing materials, including seasonal campaigns, editorial imagery, brand books, brand guides, packaging, and look books.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate, design, and execute marketing materials including emails, ads, social posts, and website content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy.
• Create and maintain visual consistency across various platforms and mediums.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into design processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience working for a fashion/lifestyle brand or agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital design work, especially in the fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and social media design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
