About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Data Entry professional to join our creative office team at Robert James Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly with Adobe Photoshop, and will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various digital and print platforms. This role also involves data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts while ensuring brand consistency across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including digital and print such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and various eCommerce websites using Photoshop.
• Run a wide format printer (training provided).
• Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts.
• Produce engaging and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Help manage a fast-growing company.
• Take orders over the phone and type them up in the order system for the Production Team.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (training available).
• 1 year of graphic design experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator.
