Big Brand Graphics is a leading national franchise signage company dedicated to helping regional and national brands make a bold and lasting impression. As a Graphic Designer at Big Brand Graphics, you will play a vital role in translating clients' visions into captivating visual designs that enhance their brand presence and drive customer engagement. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to create compelling graphics for various signage applications, ensuring seamless integration with architectural plans and brand guidelines. Your creativity and technical expertise will be essential in producing high-quality designs that meet our client's expectations and contribute to their overall success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed and accurate paint and graphic plans that incorporate client branding, architectural specifications, and project requirements. You will design visually appealing graphics for interior and exterior signage, wall wraps & murals, stud mount, dimensional and raced lettering, aerial graphics, stencils, and patterns. Additionally, you will prepare print-ready files for production, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to technical specifications. Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to identify and resolve any potential issues before production will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with clients is key, as you will need to understand their design preferences, provide creative solutions, and present design concepts. Managing the proofing process to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery will be crucial. You will also need to work proficiently with construction plans and drawings, demonstrating a solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software is essential, as well as the ability to generate realistic renderings and CAD elevations to showcase proposed signage designs and their integration within the built environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the signage or related industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with construction plans and drawings.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in pre-flighting and preparing files for production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
