About the position

Medica's Graphic Designer will develop and execute innovative ideas and concepts for print and web materials, presentations, and promotional content while ensuring brand consistency. This role involves understanding brand goals and key initiatives, contributing to project performance through design, copy, and layout adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage designs for various formats, including print, PowerPoint, and digital.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback and project needs.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret brand guidelines for diverse audiences.
• Experience in creating various project types, including trade show booths, PowerPoint presentations, flyers, and internal campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in video and photography editing is a plus but not required.
