About the position

The graphic designer will join the web retail design team on a three-month contract, focusing on delivering clean, web-ready designs that adhere to existing style guides and brand guidelines. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple projects and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing strongly branded promotional graphics
• Optimizing digital images for download efficiency
• Developing clean and effective graphic templates and styleguides
• Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• 4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment
• Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills
• Proficient in Illustrator and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Nice-to-haves

• Strong knowledge of Flash, ActionScript a plus
• Retail web experience a plus
• Illustration skills a plus
