About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer will join the Brand Studio team to enhance the brand's visual identity across various consumer touchpoints. This role involves managing design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand coherence, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work in Philadelphia from Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, update, and manage brand assets such as product UIs, product images, lifestyle photography, logos, and more.
  • Manage file organization and workflow.
  • Design and update brand guidelines in alignment with current brand standards.
  • Create marketing and advertising collateral from design to production in both print and digital across various media including digital display, packaging, OOH, event, and more.
  • Design internal and B2B presentations for enterprise and advertising teams.
  • Lead projects autonomously in partnership with sales, marketing, and operations teams, and other members of the Brand Studio.
  • Stay current with new trends and technologies to ensure the brand is always innovating.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working as a designer at an agency or internal brand and marketing team.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working with and/or building design systems and toolkits in Figma is a plus.
  • Experience in digital production, developing creative to various specs and requirements across media while maintaining consistency, quality, and resolution at scale.
  • Experience in print production, developing mechanicals in partnership with vendors to various specs and requirements from small scale to large format while maintaining consistency, quality, and resolution.
  • Must be organized, communicative, and able to work autonomously with guidance from Lead Graphic Designer and Creative Director.
  • Comfortable presenting work to team, partners, and leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building design systems and toolkits in Figma.
