About the position
As a Graphic Designer & Illustrator at Sincere Corporation, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing invitation and greeting card designs for various brands under the company. This role involves illustrating digital stationery and collaborating with major character licensors, while also contributing to email marketing and other digital design tasks. You will work closely with the CMO and have the opportunity to engage in exciting projects within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design digital invitations and greeting cards.
- Manage the production queue, prioritization, and design setup process.
- Maintain an organized asset library.
- Coordinate the design approval process with licensing, venue, advertising, and artist partners.
- Create marketing and advertising graphics within brand guidelines.
- Design marketing emails with direction from the marketing manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or design-related degree, or 1-2 years relevant work experience as an illustrator or graphic designer.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong illustration skills in various mediums and styles; experience with hand lettering.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and passion for joining a small, fast-paced company.
