About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for creating engaging graphics that communicate our brand message effectively. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including digital art, logo design, print advertising, and production design. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and enhance our visual presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually appealing graphics for various media, including digital platforms and print materials.
• Design logos and branding elements that align with our company's identity.
• Produce high-quality digital art and illustrations using tools such as CorelDraw and Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design print advertising materials that effectively promote products and services.
• Utilize InVision for prototyping and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant techniques into designs.
• Work on production design tasks to ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for upcoming projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• College degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Marketing is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Hightail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in creating print and electronic marketing materials (posters, banners, digital signage, etc.).
• Experience assisting in designing social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Experience in designing monthly email campaigns and employee newsletters.
