About the position

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for executing creative concepts and content for ecommerce and retail customer touchpoints, supporting the integrated marketing plan and brand strategies. This role involves collaboration with various teams to produce high-quality, strategy-driven marketing campaigns that enhance brand expression across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production of high-quality, strategy-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with a team of ACDs, designers, and writers to maintain and evolve brand expression in multi-channel creative content.
  • Execute specific creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace.
  • Monitor all pre-production, production, and post-production for digital and print work.
  • Self-manage time, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle a large scope of work.
  • Demonstrate excellence in creative multi-channel experience design and execution of digital design.
  • Understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise compelling design solutions.
  • Present work effectively, articulate design decisions, and respond positively to feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience required
  • BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; knowledge of Acrobat and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong typographic skills, accuracy, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience from concept to execution in the digital design space
  • Passion for fashion
