About the position

As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant at Red Dog's Roofing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement through creative design and effective marketing strategies. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in managing and updating the company's social media accounts and website
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and lead production, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels
  • Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
