About the position

Pig Latin is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Creative Designer & Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in evolving our brand identity and creating engaging and creative visual and digital content. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in graphic and web design, along with experience in developing creative marketing strategies and executing them across various digital platforms, including social media.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and expand Pig Latin's brand through innovative designs and visuals that reflect the energy and essence of our restaurant.
• Design visually captivating graphics for both print and digital media, including menus, promotional materials, social media content, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with business goals, target audience insights, and seasonal promotions.
• Oversee and manage content creation for our social media channels, driving engagement through consistent, on-brand posts, stories, and promotions.
• Produce visually engaging photos, videos, and multimedia content that captures the Pig Latin experience and resonates with our audience.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm new ideas, incorporate feedback, and ensure final deliverables meet brand standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Graphic and Web Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies, particularly in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage sectors.
• Experience in social media marketing with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc.).
• Ability to create and manage engaging photo and video content that aligns with our brand's visual identity.
• Creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can take feedback and direction while contributing new ideas.
• Passion for food, culture, and hospitality with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with team members and clients.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience in Graphic design (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Adobe Illustrator (Preferred)
