About the position

DAG is seeking a self-motivated Graphic Designer/Media Producer to join their expanding team. This role involves working independently on various graphic design projects, developing concepts, and fulfilling graphic assignments based on strategic and creative input. The designer will manage social media platforms and website maintenance while ensuring a consistent look and feel across all assets created for assigned business units.

Responsibilities

• Logo design, advertising layouts, presentations, and other graphic design tasks in support of assigned business units.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest) on a daily basis.
• Oversee website maintenance, updates, and improvements.
• Photo illustration and editing of original digital artwork and artistic compositions.
• Create production-ready design files for digital advertising, print, email, social media, direct mail campaigns, and internal marketing materials.
• Interact effectively with internal clients to complete design work for campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strive for new and innovative techniques for creative solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign).
• Video editing capabilities.
• Experience in social media management.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• An online portfolio demonstrating qualifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities.
