About the position

The Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist (Video) at Bowhead will be responsible for creating multimedia content for both internal and external channels. This role requires technical expertise in producing engaging audio, video, animations, and interactive materials tailored for diverse audiences. The position is based at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC, and involves collaboration, creativity, and adherence to industry standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning, programming, system development and content execution.
• Conceptualize, process, and produce audio, video, animations, and interactive multimedia material for a variety of audiences and platforms.
• Collaborate and synthesize complex ideas and initiatives into easily understood visuals for a variety of audiences.
• Multi-task and adhere to deadlines while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Execute work in accordance with industry audiovisual standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience producing military and/or government graphic design products (short engaging videos, images, posters, infographics, digital signage) as demonstrated by applicant's portfolio.
• Experience can be substituted for formal education in the fields of Graphic Design and/or Audio/Visual.
