About the position

The part-time Graphic Designer at PVE LLC is responsible for creating visually appealing graphic designs that align with the company's mission and brand messaging. This role involves collaboration with the Marketing team to produce a variety of content for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in design standards across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide graphic design support to the Marketing group.
• Transform concepts and ideas into meaningful graphic representations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist to create content for social media, web pages, presentations, and internal communications.
• Develop and maintain company-wide graphic design standards in accordance with branding mission.
• Consult with managers on design needs and create high-quality collateral material.
• Utilize graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Design unique content for company social media platforms and website using HTML coding skills.
• Work collaboratively with internal staff and external agencies on branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications or a similar design-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the engineering/architecture/construction industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HTML coding for web design.
• Familiarity with branding initiatives and standards.
