About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Action Behavior Centers is a part-time role focused on enhancing the company's brand and creative output. The ideal candidate will produce design elements that evoke emotional responses and support the mission of helping children on the Autism spectrum and their families. This role requires innovative thinking, collaboration with the executive team, and a strong focus on marketing to ensure all designs align with the company's vision and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Produce design elements that create the overall look for Action Behavior Centers.
• Work with the executive team to ensure user interactions are on brand.
• Design marketing materials including website content, social media posts, and collateral.
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
• Contribute to the brand's direction and vision.
• Ensure excellent user experience in all design work.
• Create email designs, online banners, and event promotions.
• Build and maintain production-ready files for print and electronic collateral.
• Collaborate with management to refine mockups based on feedback.
• Revise previous designs to create a unified aesthetic.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet draft deadlines.

Requirements

• 3 years of graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and production.
• Solid grasp of marketing principles to inform design decisions.
• Impeccable time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in marketing design (1 year preferred).
