About the position

We're seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Photo Editor with strong technical skills to join our team. This position is critical to our success, driving the visual elements of our brand across multiple channels. If you have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the technical prowess to bring it all together, we want to hear from you! The Graphic Designer & Photo Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, website updates, sales materials, and packaging. You will also edit and enhance product and lifestyle photos to align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards. In addition to graphic design and photo editing, you will manage our digital assets, ensuring that our public-facing and internal asset libraries are organized and up to date using online tools such as Google Drive. You will utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools to produce high-quality work efficiently. Maintaining brand consistency across all visual content is essential, and you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to develop cohesive and effective visual strategies. Furthermore, you will assist in maintaining and updating website visuals and content to enhance user experience and drive engagement, as well as develop and refine packaging designs that are both functional and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for email campaigns, website updates, sales materials, and packaging.
• Edit and enhance product and lifestyle photos to align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.
• Organize and keep up to date our public facing and internal asset libraries via online tools such as Google Drive.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools to produce high-quality work efficiently.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with Uncharted Supply Co.'s brand guidelines.
• Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to develop cohesive and effective visual strategies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating website visuals and content to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
• Develop and refine packaging designs that are both functional and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Photo Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and photo editing projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Technical skills to manage and optimize digital assets for various platforms.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
