About the position

The Presentation Designer at Unbridled is responsible for creating compelling and visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas. This role requires collaboration with clients and team members to elevate messaging through design, while also offering opportunities to work on branding, experience design, motion graphics, and video. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and potentially traveling for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Create smart, compelling presentations for various clients and events.
• Build branded templates in PowerPoint and custom presentations in Keynote.
• Elevate existing pitch decks through elegant layouts and thoughtful brand asset deployment.
• Develop custom multimedia presentations for live events.
• Collaborate with a team of creatives including writers, video producers, and art directors.
• Work directly with C, V, and D-suite executives, iterating in real-time under pressure.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of design experience required; agency or entertainment experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Strong command of typography, layout design, color theory, and fundamental design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting design concepts.
• Strong storytelling sense and ability to pace visuals to talking points.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, C4D, Dimension.
• Motion graphics, content development, writing, and video editing experience.
