About the position

We are seeking a Junior level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in various design software used to set up and make ready graphic layout for digital printed labels. The Graphic Designer will collaborate directly with our customers and customer service team to create visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative graphic designs using customer provided files/images to create final product - printed labels.
• Create design layouts using Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign, Acrobat, and Esko based software.
• Illustrate concepts and ideas using digital artwork, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the production design team to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Correspond with customers, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize design setup.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Ability to illustrate ideas effectively through digital formats.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to team members and customers.

Nice-to-haves

• Graphic design experience of 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite experience of 1 year (Preferred)
