We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing artwork specifically tailored for screen printing and embroidery. This role is crucial as it requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a flexible approach to handling a variety of projects. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and preparing unique and creative designs for apparel and promotional layouts. You will also prepare production files for screen-printed and embroidered apparel, ensuring that all designs meet the high standards expected by our clients. The ability to organize and work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential, as is the capacity to meet quick turn deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to communicate regularly with both the creative and client service teams via email and phone, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The successful candidate will be comfortable and confident in both taking and giving direction to team peers, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This role is full-time, with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, and offers a starting salary of $42,500 per year, negotiable based on experience and ability.
