About the position

TX Print Pros is seeking a Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our team in Katy, TX. This role involves creating custom designs for t-shirts and signage, working closely with customers to ensure their ideas are realized. The position requires proficiency in graphic design software and a strong customer service focus, as the staff collaborates to maintain a welcoming environment and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to create designs that they love.
• Integrate designs onto TX Print Pros templates and print them.
• Provide customers with information about product and service offerings.
• Enthusiastically greet customers, answer phones professionally, and respond to customer emails.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Manage incoming inventory, including unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, folding, and stocking shelves.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw.
• At least one year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with social networking platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
• Previous experience as a key holder for a small business.
