About the position

The Graphic Designer & Production Manager at Dazzles Dynamic Performance is responsible for creating high-quality custom designs for vehicle wraps and managing the production process. This role requires expertise in graphic design, particularly with vinyl wraps, and proficiency in Adobe software. The ideal candidate will oversee the printing and cutting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, custom designs for vehicle wraps using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and ideally Flexi.
• Manage production, including loading and printing with the HP Latex 560 printer and performing print-and-cut tasks using the Large Graphtec Plotter.
• Oversee precise cuts and prints, focusing on accuracy and material efficiency.
• Ensure attention to detail to minimize material waste while maintaining high standards.
• Handle deadlines and high volumes of work with diligence, speed, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with the design and production team to keep projects on track.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the design and printing process.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design with a focus on vinyl wraps or similar custom graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; experience with Flexi preferred.
• Proven experience using large-format vinyl printers and plotter machines (HP Latex 560 and Large Graphtec Plotter experience highly desirable).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain quality under high workload.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
