Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements and organizational needs.
• Uses the organization's graphic, brand, and style guides to create images and layouts using design software for traditional and digital media.
• Reviews the status of projects and activities with assigned marketing teammates or partners; maintains a work log to assure timely completion.
• Handles special creative projects collaboratively as directed and coordinates reviews and approvals with essential individuals.
• Collaborates with teammates to ensure individual and company goals are met.
• Participates in multi-disciplined guidance and project teams to enhance quality service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, with an emphasis in business, graphic design, or related curriculum.
• A minimum of six (6) months related work experience required.
• Proficient in various design software, including Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, and Illustrator.
• Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills.
• Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.
