About the position

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, and Video Editor to manage and create content for various social media accounts while assisting the CEO with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design and video editing skills, be detail-oriented, and have a creative mindset to develop engaging content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for numerous businesses.
• Edit videos for social media, requiring experience with software like Wondershare or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Manage social media accounts, including creating and curating content for captions, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other marketing influencers across various industries.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the CEO.
• Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
• Organize company events and meetings, both in-person and virtual.
• Provide general office support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and account management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ALL social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Graphic design and video editing experience is a MUST.
