About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager to support our client's marketing and visual communications efforts. This role involves managing social media, graphic design, website visuals, video production, digital marketing, SEO, and analytics, while ensuring effective branding across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and digital tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in designing print and digital materials, including newsletters and magazines.
• Ability to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze trends, maintain competitor analysis, and support budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe, Figma, and CorelDraw to create visually appealing graphics and layouts.
• Apply color theory and color management techniques to ensure brand consistency in all visual content.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
