About the position

The Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager role involves creating visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print and web, while also managing social media content. The position requires collaboration with clients and team members to meet project objectives and stay updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing designs for various mediums such as print advertising, web design, and sign manufacturing.
  • Utilize graphic design software and tools to manipulate photos and create engaging visuals.
  • Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop layouts and typesetting for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Design and implement web pages using content management systems and HTML/CSS.
  • Conduct video editing and create multimedia content for promotional purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with InVision or similar prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
